Arizona State University (ASU) : NanoFab (ASU)
ASU’s NanoFab (the brand name was established in 2003) is a flexible foundry, offering state-of-theart device processing and characterization tools to individuals and companies who need occasional or recurring access to susch facilities. In March 2009 the ASU NanoFab joined the NSF supported National Nanofabrication Infrastructure Network (NNIN) as the Southwest regional node. We provide equipment and services for a full range of operations—from the wet world of bio-systems and chemistry, to the dry world of inorganic materials, as well as hybrid structures in between.
